My Spring Favorites at Loft

I’m excited to share this weeks collection of my favorite finds because these are so good for spring! Since I already own most of these items already I can promise that you are going to love them too. They are perfect for wearing to the office and going out with friends for dinner after. Loft runs sales often so when they do I try to stock up on a few classic pieces that I know that I will wear again and again. I wanted to share a few of my favorite new arrivals and some new pieces that went to clearance recently while a sale was still going on.

Here are a few pieces that I think are worth purchasing from Loft this season. The tie waist pants are my most worn pants, the cami that goes with everything and classic skirts. These are pieces that you can wear throughout the spring and summer year after year. I wanted to take some time to write about my favorites pieces from this collection since I own quite a few of them.

First, let’s talk about the pink blazer. When I saw it online, I immediately ordered it because it reminded me so much of Elle Woods ha! It’s perfect to wear to the office on a jeans day or to wear it with white shorts whenever I need an extra layer to stay warm. The possibilities are endless!

The floral cami is on my wishlist and I’ll most likely be buying it this week with my Loft rewards. Last summer, I stocked up on a few of these camis because they go with everything. Each year they come out with new patterns and colors making it impossible not to buy another!

I have a problem with buying skirts because I wear them so often at work. This season did not disappoint at Loft because there are so many cute options! I actually purchased the winter version of the grey flippy skirt last month when it went to clearance that looks very similar to the summer version. Proof that you can wear this skirt all year long! The pink textured pocket square skirt also looks very similar to the textured pocket skirt that I purchased last summer so someone talk me out of buying this years version! It was one of my most worn skirt and I was constantly getting compliments on it. I love a skirt that is dressy enough that I can just wear a simple top and I’m good to go!

I have been trying to find new work pants but just wasn’t loving any of the fits until I tried the tie waist pants. Now I wear these at least once a week and have quickly become my favorite. They are just so darn cute!

Since it is always freezing in my office I’ve been wanting to stock up on some cute cardigans to keep me warm in air conditioning. Loft always has the best selection of cardigans that are perfect to wear during the summer months.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to a J. Crew Factory and while my wallet is happy, I miss taking advantage of these good deals. Thank goodness for online shopping though! I’ve been trying to be good and be on a shopping freeze to save money but these sales are too good not to shop. My favorites this season are fun dresses, the classic scallop shorts that sell out every year and pajama shorts that come in so many fun prints! A Spritz of LOVE

A while ago, I received a few rewards and a handful of coupons from Victoria’s Secret. I didn’t need anything but felt like not using my gift cards would be a waste so I went into a store to browse. I have plenty of intimates and my pajama drawer looks like it is going to explode at any minute. Since I didn’t need any new lounge wear, I wandered over to the beauty section and started spraying. It’s been years since I purchased a perfume at Victoria’s Secret. Their marketing lately has been working because I wanted to see if there was anything I could buy with my gift card. After I sprayed the perfume LOVE, I immediately fell in love (ha!). It’s hard to describe but it’s a classic scent that feels light and airy. With the fruity and cotton combination, it’s a great fragrance for everyday. I already have so many perfumes for special occasions, but I am always looking for a fresh and clean fragrance to wear everyday.

I also need to admit that I may have purchased this perfume because of how pretty the bottle was! It looks so pretty on my dresser next to my other perfumes. Now before leaving the apartment, I love to do a quick spritz on my way out. I may not look like an Angel in a bra, but I guess I can enjoy pizza while smelling like one!

Have you tried any Victoria’s Secret Beauty items lately? I remember stocking up on sprays in high school and then trading them with my friends. For as long as I can remember, I have been obsessed with scents and smelling good. I’m sure I’ll be back soon so I can pick up another perfume!

I love trying new skincare products and I reallly love trying products that work! I’ve been using Peter Thomas Roth skincare products lately and I’m already seeing results. The new Peptide 21 collection has 21 peptides, neuropeptides and 2 gamma proteins (lots of collagen and proteins that help with anti aging!) The Peptide 21 Collection helps prevent wrinkles, keep your skin firm and moisturized and exfoliate leaving your skin looking radiant!

Peptides are chains of amino acids that are the building blocks of proteins in the skin. Over time, our body stops producing collagen and this is what causes our skin to age. When peptides are applied to the skin, the skin working with the peptides to produce new collagen. Applying skincare products with peptides helps get rid of wrinkles naturally and daily slows down the loss of collagen in your skin.

I use the Peptide 21 Wrinkle Resist Serum on my face and neck at night because it dramatically reduces the look of fine lines and wrinkles. 

The Lift & Firm moisturizer does just that! I like to use it under my makeup because it makes my skin feel bouncy, firm with lots of hydration.

My favorite part is that it takes just 2 minutes to apply a serum at night and put on a moisturizer in the morning. I love easy skincare that works right away and doesn’t take too much time out of my day! My skin loves every single one of these products and I know that you will to!
