There is just something about summer and the sun setting later in the evening that gets me more motivated to do things for myself during the day. I wake up to the sun beaming into my bedroom and I am in a better mood compared to waking up in the cold, dark winter months. I actually am enjoying my walking commute to the office in the morning because I get some sunshine and a bit of color before heading into the office. When I get out of work, the sun is slowly setting and I like making dinner before it is completely dark outside because I feel like I still have some of my day left before bed. I have been really good at taking time at night to take a long shower and use a few of the dozen products I have in my drawer that often goes unused. Right now I am loving the Olay Body Wash with a pump because it makes my skin so soft! Lately, my skin routine has been really consistent and I immediately see a difference. I use the Olay Complete All Day Moisturizer with SPF every day under my foundation to protect my skin from the sun. Then I use the Olay Pro-X Exfoliating Cleanser at night with my Olay Cleaning Brush because it is gentle enough that I can use every night to make sure I get all of my makeup off. I go to bed when my body says I am tired and have been better at listening to what my body needs.
