Even though my family and I live in a beach town, we always find an excuse to go another beach town for vacation. This Labor Day was my parents anniversary, so they rented a house with some friends for the week in Avalon. Unfortunately, I was not able to take the week off, but I did get to spend a night with them in Avalon. 

Mamma and I enjoying the sunset on the roof. Hurricane Hermine did not bring the rain and destruction they said it would- but it did bring a beautiful sky that evening!

Rent the house in Avalon

I saw a few bloggers wear this shirt over the summer and I knew that I needed it in my closet! With these hot days we have been having I haven’t worn pants since May, so this chilly Labor Day weather gave me excuse to pull my white jeans out of storage and wear this shirt. I am not ready for summer to be over!
I love fall decor, but I love the warm weather more! I hope we have a warm fall because I am not ready to pack away my summer wardrobe yet!
