The number one rule in my closet is no more tank tops. Over the years I have built a collection of tank tops for work, going out and for the day. I have three drawers stuffed with tank tops and no matter how many I give away, I keep finding more! A few months ago I saw a blogger with an adorable chambray tank, but I practiced self control and did not buy it. I was at Target recently to buy laundry detergent and then it turned into let me buy $200 worth of things I don’t need. I was on a mission to walk past the clothes section because I have three closets….I can’t fit another thing in there! But then…I saw the tank that I wanted to buy a few months ago on display. It was the last one in my size and I was convinced it was a sign that I needed to buy it.

Since summer is flying by I am trying to fit as much as I can into the remaining summer. I grabbed dinner with a friend in Red Bank and we walked by the water looking at the boats we wish to someday own.

Of course I had to take a little dessert home with me.
