I found myself looking at jobs below the Mason Dixon Line lately because my body is just over the cold weather. I ran out for a few errands a few weeks ago and it took a lot of effort not to throw on leggings, Uggs and a sweatshirt. To compromise, I threw on a sweater, leggings and boots (ha!). I had an early hair appointment and the only reason I get out of bed early on a Saturday morning is for someone else to wash my hair and the fact that there is a Starbucks next door!

With spring around the corner, I try to leave my house with layers on so I can change my outfit depending on the weather. I love my J Crew coat because while it is still warm, it is not bulky like my big puffy coat so I can wear it through the spring. There are so many different types of sweaters, so in the cold winter months, I reach for my wool and cashmere sweaters. However, in the warmer winter months (because 45 degrees is warm!) I wear more cotton or breathable sweaters so I am not sweating!

This outfit took zero effort, but just by adding a nice sweater and leggings made it a cute outfit I can be seen out in public in. I wore this sweater again at brunch with some friends and strangers kept complimenting me on it. Unfortunately, it is old but I will link a similar one!

I am so ready to say goodbye to the snow! Even though it is melted on the roads, a big pile of it is still piled high at my Wegmans. UGH!
