I remember waking up on Christmas morning and running downstairs to see all of the presents under the tree. One year it was a purple and glitter bike and who can forget about that Barbie Dream House?? As I got older, my parents admitted it was getting harder to buy me presents because the items get more expensive and I honestly don’t need anything. In my family, I like to ask Santa for items that I may not want to purchase myself, for example, a toothbrush or a lifetime supply of body wash from Costco! As I have gotten older, I prefer to own pieces that I will use for years like a designer watch or bag. Santa usually brings me one big gift each Christmas and fun gifts like a candle or makeup in my stocking.
